Return window
Unopened cases in resalable condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email your order reference and the lines you want to return and we will issue a return authorisation number within one business day.
- Return freight is covered by us when the error is ours.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to buyer-remorse returns.
- Returns received without an authorisation number cannot be credited.
Non-returnable lines
Food, beverage, supplement and opened personal-care products cannot be returned once the case is broken, in line with health regulations. Clearance lines are sold as final sale and are marked as such at the point of order.
Damage and shortage claims
Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer carton and the affected units. Credits or replacements are issued within two business days of approval. Send claims to Basharat@elevantaventures.com.
