What we collect
We collect the business contact details you provide when opening an account or placing an order: company name, contact name, email, phone and delivery addresses. We also keep a record of the orders you place so your account team can reorder on your behalf.
How we use it
Your details are used to process orders, arrange freight, handle claims and send the buyer newsletter where you have opted in. We do not sell customer data, and we do not share it beyond the carriers and payment processors needed to fulfil your order.
Your choices
