Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order value. Products are sold by the case, so a single case is a valid order — though freight is only free over the published threshold.
Can I mix categories on one order?
Yes. Mixing beauty, grocery, health, home, outdoor and pet lines on one order is the usual pattern, and it is the easiest way to reach the free-freight threshold.
Do you drop-ship to my customers?
Not currently. Every order ships to a business address on your account so that we can keep freight costs predictable.
How do I get on Net 30 terms?
Place three orders paid by card or ACH, then ask your account team to open a terms application. Approval usually takes two business days.
Can I see samples before committing to a case?
For most beauty and grocery lines, yes — ask the trade desk and we will send single units at cost on your next order.
